Health Service Navigator® – helping plan members take control of health events
In a survey undertaken for Manulife Financial, a decisive 74 percent of Canadians who responded said they would be interested in an integrated, reliable service that provided information and assistance on the variety of health care services available, and how to access them. We developed Health Service Navigator® to meet this need.
Health Service Navigator is an innovative service that can help group plan members, and their eligible dependants, access health information to cope with a critical, chronic or occasional health event. With access to information, tools and resources, Health Service Navigator helps plan members navigate their way through the Canadian healthcare system – which we know at times can appear complex.
