Plan member access lets your plan members find out about the status of their claim submissions and receive information about their health and dental coverage. Our plan member access self-services are available during and after regular business hours in English or French.


What They Can Learn
Our plan member access services give answers immediately. By logging into the Plan Member Secure Site, or calling our Group Benefits Customer Service Centre, plan members can verify health and dental benefit information including :

Health Inquiries
  • health claims information
  • drug benefit coverage
  • which dependents are covered
  • and on the Secure Site, obtain on-line health claim forms, pre-filled with key plan details
Dental inquiries

  • pre-determination of dental benefit status

Additional Assistance
If a plan member is using our IVR system during regular business hours, and needs additional assistance, the plan member can connect directly to a CSR.

Service for All Plan Members
Manulife Financial's plan member benefit booklets and brochures explain complex products in simple terms, and with each adjudicated claim your plan members will receive an Explanation of Benefits, outlining the details of the claim.

Plan administrators are also invited to register for a free on-line subscription to Wellness Report , a two-page bulletin for plan members. Each edition features a different health or wellness topic, and includes valuable information and tips about how to improve physical well-being, prevent illness or avoid injury.
