Early education for plan members who are losing coverage

Plan members who are nearing their plan's maximum age of eligibility need options. To help meet these needs, Manulife Financial has launched a process* designed to get the information into plan members' hands automatically. This process will help plan members make informed decisions about their benefits and the coverage available to them.

Approximately 90 days before a plan member reaches the maximum eligible age under his or her group benefits plan, plan administrators will receive information packages for the FollowMe™ Health and FlexcareŽ programs. This process will happen automatically unless we are instructed otherwise by the plan sponsor or you, the plan advisor.

Ask your Manulife Financial representative for details on how plan advisors are compensated when a qualifying plan member purchases a FollowMe Health or Flexcare plan. If you have product-related questions, call 1-877-COVER MEŽ (1-877-268-3763).
